- Review student accommodations on the SAS website through the SAS online instructor portal (link below).
- Implement extra time for online test/exams where needed, if applicable.
- Consider requests for extensions of assignment due dates.
- Keep in mind some students will have accommodations for 1 test/exam per day;24-hore rest between exams; or 1 full day of rest between test/exams and will require spacing between your final evaluation and that of others.

- Many students registered with SAS have accommodations to write at the testing center. You must enter your test information in the instructor portal at the beginning of the term.

- Submit test?definitions (i.e. test information)?and test copies, enabling accommodated tests to be booked at the Tim Nolan Testing Centre

- Please be aware of the submission guidelines:
- Test definitions are to be submitted to the SAS Instructor Portal at the start of each term and with a minimum of10 business days notice
- Test copy must be submitted to the SAS Instructor Portal a minimum of5 business days before the test write date.?If the test definition and/or test copy are not provided with the stated notice, the instructor has the option to:
- Provide student accommodation during completion of the test; or
- Reschedule the student test at the Tim Nolan Testing Centre with a write date of 5 business days after the initial test date.
- Completed tests may be picked up from the Tim Nolan Testing Centre (MUSC B101) beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the first business day following the test write date. Photo identification is required.
