  • Drop in Support: When students visit BSB 136, they are invited to join a virtual line, WaitWell. This queuing platform is used by the RO and a few other offices on campus. We’re finding that it’s helping our students get their questions answered quickly without needing to wait in line for hours on end. Students can join the line from anywhere on campus (or even off campus). The platform sends them a text message when it is closer to their time to be helped. You can share this website: Academic Advising – Associate Dean Of Science (Academic) – Faculty of Science – McMaster University, as the starting point for students to visit in-person.
