- This can be put on a computer and/or a cellphone

- Hard phones (physical) are normally located in all offices/hallways
- Each phone has their own Extension
- Extension can be changed by contacting telecom through UTS Self Service https://uts.mcmaster.ca/contact-us/ or by emailing pnb@mcmaster.ca
- If a new extension is created or changed please advise pnb@mcmaster.ca immediately so both internal and external directories can be updated
- All extension/information for staff and faculty can be found on the McMaster Universities website directory https://directories.mcmaster.ca/faculty-staff/
- Contact axiomrep@mcmaster.ca for additional assistance

- Normally the password to sign in for the first time is 4444 directly followed by your extension
