PSYCH Course Waiver Form

All Psych courses require students to have the necessary prerequisite to enroll.

• It is the instructor’s discretion as to whether course prerequisites may be waived. No exceptions to this rule will be made.

**Please note that a waiver does not guarantee a seat in a course but only the opportunity to obtain a seat.

Waiver requests will be reviewed after:
1. June 27th 2025
2. July 25th, 2025
3. August 27th, 2025

Please do not email asking of the status of your waiver.

If you received the message “remaining seats are being held for students in a specific Program/Plan/Level”, you do not need to make a request for a waiver.

Waivers are for class permission when you are missing pre-requisites. 

Instead, mark your calendar to check back on August 1st, 12:01 am.  This is when we release unused reserved seats for open enrolment in MOSAIC.
